Miller (RN, PhD) is retired from the Department of Nursing at Messiah College in Grantham, Pennsylvania. Her books include Values in Conflict.Kimberly H. Fenstermacher (PhD, CRNP) is chief nursing administrator, assistant dean of nursing, and associate professor of nursing at Messiah University.
